Enteropan Cap / Syp.
A totally new breakthrough in management of gastro intestinal disorders
including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Enteropan ensures the physiological regulation of G.I.motility,
sphincteric competence and effective control of infections.
Recent researches have discovered a new autonomous nervous system
comprising of a million intrinsic non cholinergic or non adrenergic
neurons in the Gastro intestinal tract independent of central nervous
system, which control the entire functional physiology of the gut.
Sphincteric continence plays a very important role. It helps maintains
the delicate ecology of the gut. Between the pylorus and ileocecal
valve the gut is absolutely sterile, where as in colon the gut is
teaming in with millions of microbes. It prevents the reflux of
the digestive juices altering the pH and environment of the different
compartments of the GI tract. Many GI disorders are related to gut
kinetics and incompetence of sphincters. Ayurveda approach to health
maintenance revolves round GI tract. All the herbs in Enteropan
with their anti microbial and astringent actions fight infection
in GI tract, maintain the normal microflora, thus help the delicate
ecological balance in the gut and also control gut smooth muscle
kinetics.
Study of 200 patients diagnosed by ROME II criteria as cases of
IBS reported very satisfactory results with single drug therapy
of Cap.Enteropan. (Prof. Mohan Joshi et al 2007)
